Terms of Service
These terms describe how visitors may use Seco Tools website content, quote forms, and communication tools.
Use of information
Website content is provided for preliminary purchasing and engineering review. Product availability, pricing, delivery timing, and technical suitability are confirmed only after Seco Tools reviews submitted drawings, cutting conditions, machine context, material notes, and commercial requirements.
Quote requests
Submitting an RFQ does not create a purchase order or supply agreement. A formal quotation, accepted purchase order, and any mutually agreed quality documents govern the commercial relationship. Buyers remain responsible for verifying that selected tooling, holders, fixtures, or equipment match their machine envelope, safety requirements, and production controls.
Intellectual property
Visitors should submit only files they are authorized to share. Seco Tools handles RFQ details for review and response, but website submission is not a substitute for a separately signed nondisclosure agreement when a controlled program requires one.
Limitation
Website descriptions are not guarantees of lowest price, universal fit, or uninterrupted availability. Any performance statement depends on actual material, toolpath, coolant, fixturing, operator setup, and inspection method.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for confirming machine safety, guarding, operator training, program approval, drawing revision, export classification, and internal quality requirements before using any quoted tooling or equipment. Seco Tools may provide application comments, but those comments do not replace the buyer's own process validation, risk review, or customer approval requirements.
Changes and substitutions
Tooling availability, coatings, packaging, supplier source, and lead time can change. If a substitution is proposed, the buyer should review fit, performance assumptions, documentation impact, and customer approval status before accepting the alternate. Repeat orders should reference the accepted quote or purchase order when continuity is required.
Website availability
Seco Tools may update website content, product group descriptions, quote intake questions, and form fields as catalog and service needs change. Temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, or incomplete page data do not create a right to damages. If a website function is unavailable, buyers should contact the RFQ desk through another listed channel and include the same project context requested on the form.
